Respironics Award
Pictured above are Ty Barnett, Alyssa Rowe, Coby Steele, Dan Neifert and Matthew Seitz recipients of the 2005 Respironics Fellowship for Mechanical Ventilation. This award is designed to foster research in mechanical ventilation espcially usages outside of the intensive care unit. An International Award, the Respironics Fellowship draws researchers from the fields medicine, respiratory care and education who compete for this prize.
AARC International Congress 2005
The faculty and students in the Department of Respiratory Care were very involved in research during the summer of 2005. The student/faculty group submitted 13 abstracts to the American Association for Respiratory Care. All were accepted for presentation at the AARC International Congress in San Antonio, TX, December 2005. The author who made the presentation is in blue.
